Haven't been in a while because I haven't been near UT campus to eat in a while, but as it has been in the past and as it was last night...it was great. We had a medium size group of 14 and our server didn't miss a beat. The food was great. The range of meals were salads, steaks, chicken.... More

Management really needs to get with the times. It has removed the minimum gratuity of 18% for large parties which most places have in place. Many, very cheap & cheesy customers come in & do not tip; if you can afford a served meal, especially when there are 8 or more of you, be a person of character & tip... More

We are very sorry to hear that you are not happy with our restaurant and it's processes. To answer the concern about automatic gratuity. We still have an 18% gratuity added to all banquets, but have not had an automatic gratuity on other parties for around five years. To answer your concern about our people leaving, we will only say... More

Party of 8. Checks totaled $400+. An error was discovered on one check where a guest was charged for two drinks but had only ordered one. The check was adjusted. Then they did the dumbest thing I have ever seen in a fine dining restaurant. After all guests had paid and were ready to leave, they created another ticket for... More

We arrived (happily) on burger night and thoroughly enjoyed our meal. They also had incredibly cheap beer, and it was quite good!

Had some good dinner specials here and tried a couple of their local microbrews. Good food at a reasonable price.

First visit to the Copper Cellar and we enjoyed our brunch. If you are going for eggs other than omelets all eggs are poached but good. Twists on favorites like eggs benedict...here made with country ham. If you like bacon order eggs and bacon...Benton bacon which is smoked perfectly. Omelets are big and tasty and the bread served before is... More

The red ale on tap was great, except the bar neglected to tell me that in 2 minutes from my purchase the 'special' price of 50% off kicked in, they said tough. The burger was great once they took back the well done one and brought me the medium one i asked for. The Tennessee blue cheese grits were HEAVEN!!

Worked at UT for 2 months and ate here many times. Great place to eat. Awesome burgers. Great fish offered most days on the daily menu. OMG! The prime rib sandwich....incredible. Made. A special point to meet the manager and express how impressed we were. Prices were very reasonable with several specials offered each week including burger day. Trust me...these... More

Fist visit and was underwhelmed. Has the potential to be great, but management missed an opportunity to ensure guest satisfaction.

Party of three visited this restaurant on a Saturday early evening. They have a great deal on burgers on Saturdays when there isn't a home football game. Two of us had burgers for only about $13. Very good food and service.
