Good food, great multicultural variety of food! Service was great with inside and covered outside seating. No wine served only beer.

Our group got a big variety and all really liked what they got. The one with the ribs was thrilled. My veggie burger was terrific and the variety on the menu takes some time to read through.

I don't know if we would have gone to Cootie Brown's, but ended up there with out friends. My ribs were over cooked and had a different taste that I was not used to. Our friend's wife got some of her food that was cold. They corrected her problem. I will say the deserts are very good.

Cootie Brown's is a "must see" in Johnson City and experience with your meal. The decor is beyond fun and unique. The menu is expansive and can satisfy the pickiest of eaters. The food is delicious and very reasonably priced. Whenever I have friends or family come I make sure to take them, and most want to return the next... More

The decor is unique and the food delicious. They have homemade fries that are great and I personally love their Reuben Sandwich is the best around. Their Jerk Pizza is delicious also if you like that kind of food. The location in Johnson City and the one in Kingsport both serve good food but the service is better in Johnson... More

Of the many tasty items on this menu, I can't ever get beyond ordering the Jamaican pizza. It is absolutely the best tasting pizza on the planet. All dishes are reasonably priced. Service is excellent and the ambiance is relaxed and casual. I highly recommend Cootie's when you are in the mood for some casual, tasty and relaxed dining.

The place has a cool decor inside and outside . Like the way the windows open to give you a feel of eating outside . The service was good but that's it . The ribs were good ( Average). The coleslaw was terrible . How does someone not cook green beans correct , no flavor and hard. The name is... More
