We enjoyed Friday fried fish dinner. No atmosphere to speak of, just the basics for a local diner with good food, attentive waitresses, and good price. French fries were not the best (crinkle? cut but more soggy than crispy). Thought the fish was delicious.

Little hole in the wall place in Gray, TN. Best burgers in the area. Service is great. Local family owns the place

I was there this past Friday, I hadn't been there for a while. the white fish was cooked perfect, two sides and of course the Mexican Corn Bread. It has a little heat that makes the meal that much better. If you haven't gone there on Friday's do. I recommend to go there early say mid afternoon before they get... More

It is the gathering place of the locals and a good place to get a hamburger or hamburger steak and a bowl of soup beans and cornbread. The building is nothing to look at, and they are busy at lunch time. You might see the county mayor or a farmer eating at the table next to you.

The locals go here. Been there seems like forever! The biscuits and gravy is a big seller. People just SIT and BULL with each other.

Normally, when we visit this family in this area, we eat at favorites like Cracker Barrel or Perkins. This last visit, however, we decided to go off the beaten path and try local cuisine. What a pleasant surprise! Food fare was basic, but wholesome, and wait staff was efficient and friendly. We enjoyed the simplicity and the price. A good... More

If you are looking for a great place to meet and eat, this is it. If you are looking for a gourmet meal, don't stop here. This is a "way back" machine. Good ole country folks gather here and Eat and Greet. Everyone seems to know everyone and they like each other. Lots of laughter, loud joking and good food.... More

Just moved to area and asked locals where they go and this was the number one answer. Stopped in for breakfast and it was crowed for a weekday. Had the breakfast special which was eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes and toast or biscuit. Coffee is only 99 cents a cup! Staff was very efficient.
