Stopped in for a cappuccino to go. The cashier/barista didn't speak to us until I placed our orders. The only thing she said then was telling me the price. She began coughing while pouring the milk in our drinks as she was looking over the drinks. She never excused herself from the prep area, let alone remake our drinks. She... More

Stopped in for a coffee. I liked that I could pick my own mug for my cappuccino. The drink was ok. I wish it were a bit stronger. The atmosphere was nice. The lady at the counter was a bit off-putting. I couldn't tell if she was shy or just having a bad day. I do want to try it... More

I had a nice veggie sandwich here, with chips and a (really tiny) serving of slaw. It was good. What I liked best was the calm, quiet atmosphere and pleasant seating areas. This would be a great place to get some writing work done. I will be back!

This quaint coffee shop exudes what Franklin is all about. Great charm, and better - great coffee. No long lines and menus of "terms" to describe coffee. Great snacks and small plates too.

The food is fantastic, the prices are very reasonable. I booked a rehearsal dinner; Barbara was great to work with and everything was handled to perfection. It has such a great environment for group or just to hang out and read a good book. The coffee is great, they are well-known for the crepes, and the salted caramel bars are... More

This cute coffee house is tucked into one of the side streets of historic Franklin. The comfortable rooms of the small old house are each uniquely set up for conversation, sipping coffee and reading. My husband and I split the strawberry mascarpone crepe for a sweet snack with our coffee. I recommend it!

I enjoy going to The Coffee House, because unlike the Starbucks and Frothy Monkey also downtown, the Coffee House is unique to Franklin. It has many cool rooms to check out. It's great if you are looking for a place to study or sit and stay awhile.

As a Franklin native, I adore Coffee House. When I walk in, I feel like I'm just visiting a friend's home. Each room has a different theme, and my happy place is the Music Room; big windows, cozy old couches, and records hanging on the wall make this room a relaxing place to read (and snooze a little, if you're...
