The food at Zolo's is amazing! Some of the best Italian food that I have had. The Chicken Marsala is my favorite. The restaurant is pretty small inside, so you may want to call for a reservation. They do take some. Very nice atmosphere and great service.

Being the only full Italian restaurant in Franklin, you would think Zolo's would try harder. A great location, but the establishment fails on every front. My biggest issue is the staff. Very rude and not at all attentive to customers. A close second and third are the food and wine, respectively. Plenty of other dining options on Main Street.

Ate here again tonight & as always, it was a great meal. Have had fettuccine, Eggplant Parmesan, lasagna and the Parmesan Crusted Whitefish; all great dishes! Always the servers are attentive & knowledgeable. And it's quiet! Even when the restaurant is full of people it is possible to hear the conversation as your own table.

Although the food is good, with nice portions, this is a very expensive Italian restaurant. Plan on a menu that doesn't have an item under $20, and side salad's are $7.

I will start by saying our waitress was personable and pleasant. That is the only positive thing I can say out our dining experience. The bread sticks are obviously frozen and brushed with a very weak garlic butter. The caprese salad was awful. Old greens, tasteless mozzarella marbles, and indescernable balsamic drizzle. I ordered the parmesan crusted whitefish for my... More

Nice small intimate Italian restaurant in downtown Franklin. My wife had the Jumbo Shrimp Ravioli special and I had the Tortelli Diablo. Huge portions and friendly staff. And the food was excellent!

We went about 4 years ago and had a BAD experience with food...I am a Sicilian and Italian who owns home in Italy and we are citizens. We decided to go back because of location and being easy. The food is just ABYSMAL. The caprese is poor quality with a drizzle of some weak balsamic I believe. The seafood dish... More

The only good thing I can say about this place was we were treated better than we were at A Trattoria that we walked out of (see my review). The food here is pretty dreadful to say the least. My husband's Caprese salad was almost inedible. The greens were drenched in dressing and wilted the mozzarella was the size of... More

Mom and Pop restaurant. Their service is always amazing, and the food is made fresh to order, it doesn't get much more authentic than Zolo's. Hidden Gem
