Been there right after lunch, when the place was not crowded. I had "The Nine Iron", a beyond huge sandwich. The food was tasty and the atmosphere was relaxing and chilled. They have a very good selection of beers, specially locals, at really good prices.

We wanted to like this place. There was nothing to like about it. We sat down and was finally waited on after our server waited on two other tables that came in after us. We thought about leaving but already had our drinks and felt obligated to stay. I had the burger that was over seasoned with garlic. Another had... More

This pub is so much fun. The drinks are great and there are always fun times here! Owned by my high school chemistry teacher, so the service is always personable and genuine.

The only reason I gave a 3 - Average rating was for the Calfkiller draft Dark Earth beer. We both ordered fish 'n' Chips. The two pieces of fish were small and slightly greasy. My sweet potato fries were over cooked. We noticed that the ceiling was missing, just 2x4 beams. then we noticed the wall of wine corks. Perhaps... More

Took my husband for the first time (sometimes hard to please) and he loved it. We started with the cheese plate. He had the bratwurst, daughter had the fish and chips and I had salad with grilled shrimp. All were fabulous!

With either friends or colleagues the atmosphere is amazing, the food is delicious. "The Birdie" is a local favorite but I adore the all of the unique and creative appetizers. Really nice selection of spirits and knowledgeable staff. An intimate, yet gregarious place you're sure to enjoy. I wouldn't think it'd be a comfortable place for family's with small kids?... More

Excellent atmosphere, excellent food, excellent beer! Small cozy bar atmosphere, but still very kid friendly. You'll probably have to wait a minute to get seated, but it's worth it. Tried the beer from Red Silo brewery next door, it was a very unique brew with a hot pepper flavor, never had anything quite like it. The burgers are awesome, especially... More

Read the reviews on Trip Advisor and we decided to try. Nice quaint restaurant. The Fish and Chips were excellent, the breading was perfectly crunchy . The deconstructed Shepard's Pie was ok nothing great or what I expected ( basically a heaping pile of mashed potatoes with roast beef buried underneath ) . The cobbler for dessert was very good.
