We stopped here and ordered a pizza to go. We had a cocktail and chatted with the bartender. It was a good time and the pizza was amazing!

Looks like a dive bar but you'll find couples and families, especially Friday nights. The place is divided into a bar and a more quiet dining area. They used to have fabulous fried fish in the winter but downgraded to more breaded. But their pizza is very good for this area. Decent service and friendly staff. And cheap beer on... More

Popped in for an appetizer and drinks. Enjoyed some good Cajun music! Everybody had a good time - wonderful historic place. The Wort Hotel is adjacent and beautiful!

I enjoyed a fish and chips dinner, good fish, not the usual Cod so it was a treat. Friendly staff good service. There is a great view of the hills and a lot of items to look at in the building and next door in the craft/junk store. Also featured the Hill City Lion, a story there.

The exterior might not be quite inviting to tourists as you would like, but its worth entering. We sat at the bar with the locals and had the chicken fried steak special. Not too bad. After viewing the "Heads" we stopped again on our way back to the motel to p/u a pizza. Had another cold while we waited for... More

I've been to cleaner places, but besides that, my daughter and I were super surprised at how good (and fresh) the pizzas were. Lots of cheese, homemade crust and yummy sausage and pepperoni. I local told us about the place and we went back and thanked him the next day. Glad we heard about this spot.

This IS a Family Friendly location with the BEST PIZZA around! Meredith is the gal to meet while there. We stayed several days in Hill City and visited here twice--we could not get enough!

Awesome pizza and really fun atmosphere. We wish we would have discovered this place sooner in our trip. Super affordable. My family will be back the next time we are in Hill City.

This place doesn't look like much inside or out but the food and service were very good. Darryl did a good job for us. They have a couple opportunities to improve 1) put a light on sign at the road (we drove by it the night before) and guest access to wifi. Overall great experience
