I'd say the serviced was very good. The food was good, not cheap, but what is in a tourist place. It is right on the main drag of town so it is close to all of the tourist stuff.
We stopped in to play a few of the machines while waiting for friends that stopped off to shop. Nice casino, friendly staff that we encountered.

Centrally located in historic downtown, typical lunch fare (tasty bison burger for me). I like the open terrace for warm weather.
This is NOT in Sioux Falls. It IS in Deadwood. 350 miles west of Sioux Falls. You can drive 80 mph on I-90 and get there in less than 6 hours from Sioux Falls.
