We were there last night, July 15, 2017, and it the worst meal we have ever had. Ordered oysters on half shell we couldn't eat because they had an awful taste. We also ordered naked oysters and they were over cooked to the point they...More

This place is really good. I go just about every Monday evening, and any other night that I can get the rest of the group to agree on it! The waitstaff is friendly, and knowledgeable. The cheeseburger is a great value. The kitchen is more...More

Appetizers of oysters on the half shell, with garlic & topping. Meals - just right. One of us had scallops & grits; the other, grilled shrimp with corn on the cob + slaw. Dessert was key lime pie, in a sundae glass with a spoon....More

Definitely recommend this restaurant for anybody visiting or passing through Sumter. We had two dozen oysters- one chilled and the other baked with garlic parm. My favorite was the chilled! I ordered crab cake tacos (3) and then ordered a SECOND order of crab cake...More

POH is overrated. The bar tending staff bragged about their cheeseburger and mac & cheese dishes and both were underwhelming. I am a local and I've eaten here about 5 times in the past for work functions and most of the food is fried or...More

We have eaten here several times. Lots of good beers on tap. Also a good variety on the menu of seafood options.

Decided to stop and try this place out. We were given a recommendation by a local and told to try the Alligator Cheesecake. It was amazing. I highly recommend the place with it's decor and very attentive waitstaff.

The place was packed on a Tuesday evening, which is always a good sign. I cannot imagine what it is like on the weekend. We had a Boil bucket with shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes, plus a bucket of 12 oysters and a bucket of...More

A new casual restaurant that just opened 15 August 2011. We thought the crab balls and crab cake truly outstanding! 803-607-9498
