Food was fine but not a great selection at lunch time. Perhaps the more expensive menu would have had more to offer but was too much for a mid day meal. Fish and chips served with no veg and unappetising frozen chips. Expensive for very basic food. Staff very pleasant though.

We went for a meal at the Gargunnock Inn while visiting our son who lives nearby. Thank you to the previous reviewers, you tempted us to go and we weren't disappointed! From the friendly and efficient lady who showed us to our seat to the helpful waiting staff, the service was great, and the food was just amazing! Our son... More

During recent short stay at the nearby Blair Drummond Caravan Site, we visited this Inn along with our two dogs. On arrival received a warm welcome from staff which continued during our visit. The choice of food and standard supplied was amazing. I would highly recommend this Inn a visit if in the area.

Wow. You don't expect to get food this good at a small place in a little village. But the food is amazing. We were here during the week so it was pretty slow, but food was still great and the service was perfect and very friendly. Great place for a pint or for dinner. I would venture out here from... We were visiting friends who lived nearby whom we had not seen for far too long. The choice was theirs. They certainly knew their local hostelries. The Gargunnock Inn is a 'peach' The decor and furniture are not what you'd call chic but who cares a fig when the staff are great, service is good and the food is great.... More

A quaint Inn with a great menu. Enjoyed the chicken in a whisky cream sauce on a bed of haggis, delicious! There wasn't very much for my vegetarian guest to choose from though. But the desserts were really lovely and beautifully presented. Staff were friendly and obviously happy in their jobs.

One of my all time favourite places to eat. We started visiting here about 3 years ago and like to take a trip out every now and again. Staff are friendly and food is quick after ordering. You never get a bad meal - its always lovely. Prawn cocktail starter is nice, as is the haggis one. Main meals -... More
