This is an under-visited restaurant at Barefoot Landing, but it's become one my wife and I MUST visit during our beach trips. Offering island-style fare, this is a fantastic restaurant that rarely requires a wait.

Just for anyone looking the Fire Island Grill close up this past fall. Went by it and seeing the signs removed. Asking around the people I talked with, no one knows the reason except they pavked up their things and moved out.

I would classify this as Polynesian or Hawaiian cuisine. I had the sweet and sour chicken and it was excellent. Service was prompt but we did have some difficulty with the waiter's accent; but we got by.
Stopped in for drinks and a snack on a Sunday afternoon and got to hear some great live music in the bar--trio of musicians with talent. Bar was nice. Bartender was very attentive and served us the drinks and food himself. The entertainment was so...More
The restaurant is decorated with a tropical flare. We expected the food to be unique and flavorful. Much to our despair, it was not. Our family was celebrating a birthday, so we were quite disappointed. Our waitress was from Ukraine and could not describe the...More
