The food here is excellent and their specialty is dessert cakes. Our table tried the coconut, the sweet potato, and the German chocolate. All were excellent, fresh, light and delicious. The sweet potato cake is their specialty. Similar to the coconut cake in texture with a creamy frosting. The appetizer of baked Brie is served with caramel sauce, apples, grapes... More

I have been here for lunch, dinner, coffee and desert and even for baby showers! Highly recommend it for their coconut cake and all of their baked goods!

Have been here 2 times. Both times it was extremely slow but the 2nd time was really bad. Server didnt seem to know the menu and had no personality. It took forever for the salads to get out , and then forever again for our food. The food is ok but not worth the slow service and is a bit... More

This review is about a cake that I purchased for my wife's birthday. This is the 2nd one that I have purchased. The 1st one was their Sweet Potato Cake which was great. The more recent purchase was for a medium Peanut Butter Cake. It was outstanding. Was a huge hit with the entire family. Can't wait until the next... More

Nice ambiance, nice staff, but obviously too few, waiting time is long, 45 min for a simple lunch is more than acceptable. The reputed Reuben Sandwich was a disappointment. Instead of the advertised "Pumpernickel rye bread" we got a dry toast made of wheat bread! No excuse that they had run out of bread or question if we would like... More

I called Sara (owner) almost a year ago and she and Gentry were so easy to talk with and ask questions to. The week of the rehearsal dinner, she and Gentry kept me at ease that all would go well and it surpassed good. Everyone raved about the food, the service, the décor and it was so private. When people... More

It was important as I as meeting a friend for lunch that we have a quiet place with good food. This was a great choice for a variety of reasons. We chose salad with scoops of chicken salad, tuna salad and egg salad on it and really enjoyed it. It was not noisy and we were able to chat a... More

Brick Street is a lovely place to have lunch. Miss Sue's chicken salad is the best. The Sweet Potato cake is wonderful! Southern charm.

I went here for the first time on Saturday after a morning hike so we were starving! I got the chicken salad plate, which the waiter said was their most popular choice for lunch. I'm picky about chicken salad because I am not the biggest fan of mayonnaise, but this was so good. The love muffin was amazing and I... More

Went on a Saturday evening so could enjoy the live music they have. Parking was easy, and was seated immediately due to reservations made (There was no line, would have been seated fast anyway). Tables were well spaced and the room had an upscale ambiance to it - a great place for a couples. Had to wait until 7:30 for... More
