The bison steak and meatloaf elk we had were exceptional however they came when we were still eating our starters and put next to them. The service was poor by American standards, our waiter was not that friendly and quite obviously favoured a group table...More

We attended a wine tasting presented by Northampton Wines and then proceeded to dinner. The wine tastings can be a bit pricy for some, but a good selection of wines is presented with considerable additional information. Presentations have a theme and generally more modest priced...More

It was a Monday night and the crowd was steady. I ate at the bar, but the dining room was beautiful. I will definitely be back for the scallops. The wine pour seamed small for the money is the only negative. I would suggest buying...More

Description
The type of cuisine varies from week to week, but mostly it's comprised of Napa/Sonoma Valley California type of food. This restaurant might want to remain unlisted on TripAdvisor, but I thought it merited singing their praises. The food is fabulous, gourmet style, James Beard would be proud. This is a place you go when you want to enjoy a glass of wine, learn about the wine and actually taste food, not have bland gargantuan size meals. It can be pricey if you go for dinner, but the inexpensive way to go is to go on a Saturday, eat from the lunch menu or go early on a Friday eat in the bar area and enjoy food off the menu. There is also relaxing outdoor seating which is a wonderful place to eat and meet after work. I highly recommend looking into this restaurant.
