I get key lime pie wherever I go in the SE and across the country if available. I have to say that this Key Lime Pie was the very best I have ever had. My wife thought so too. The pie was ice old and melted in my mouth. The taste of lime was perfect and the home baked crust... More

Going for some local flavor on our way home from Pawley's Island, we were rather disappointed. Quaint but needs much refreshing/cleaning. At an average cost of $10 per person (with water to drink) and a 30 minute wait for the food, we certainly expected better. While the shrimp and grits were very good, the grilled chicken was quite dry. They... More

We went here for lunch. The food was great and so was the price. The lunch special was ham or fried chicken and your choice of three sides for $8.50. The ham was good as well as the fried chicken. The green beans and rice and gravy were awesome. Would definitely go back if ever in Georgetown, SC again.

Thomas' is one of those places you have to visit simply because it has been there so long in an early America building. This is not a fancy place, but more of a old community gathering place for locals and curious folks... like us. The food is simple and down-home good. It is the first place we ate shrimp-and-grits, and... More

The outdated decor would be appealing if it was clean, bright, and fresh, which it is NOT!! The place needs an overhaul with a heavy duty cleaning. The food was average at most. We shared a seafood creole omelette with a red sauce and it lacked flavor. The potatoes were crispy but also lacked flavor. The service was slow for... More

Step back into the past when you enter this diner. Old green and white checked linoleum floor, old wooden booths with chipped paint, worn Formica table tops; even the cooler is straight out of the 1950's. Just a friendly old time diner with good food. My husband ate every bit of his seafood omelette with creole sauce.

Good food and a fun atmosphere. This local, small town diner is a treasure. I only wish they were open later in the day. Closed for dinner.

We visited the cafe during a visit to South Carolina. We saw that it looked to be popular with the locals and soon discovered why. It is the local established diner with great food. We had the fried chicken salad and the chicken fried chicken special. Both excellent and chicken the best I ever had. We finished with key lime... More

We stopped for lunch after taking the low country boat tour. The shrimp and grits are some of the best. The red eye gravy and Fried green tomatoes are perfect. The plated lunch specials were delicious chicken or ham and the vegetables were all fresh and home cooked. Best food and value for lunch!
