Not what we expected at the coast. Fried flounder was over cooked and dry, side dishes were good. Fried shrimp was better. Happy hour from 4-7 offered good deals on beverages. First meal on the island, will likely not return.

Came here a few nights in a row for late night drinks. They have Pumking from New York, which was amazing. They also have a more extensive selection of local beer than the other bars in the area.

I was so excited to finally get some peel and eat shrimp ... but this was terrible! The shrimp were so overcooked that they were like chewing on a tire! Yuck - wish we had skipped this place

My family liked what they ordered and the wait staff was great! Wide variety of choices too! 3 of us ordered the Philly cheese steak and we all liked it. But we substituted the queso sauce for provolone. I’m not of fan of fake cheese.

Stayed on Folly Beach and since it was right by where we stayed we went there our first night. It was very busy and we got food to go as there were no tables. Very good.

Logger head sits across the street from the beach. There is not a real view of the beach since there is a condo blocking the site. However you will enjoy eating outside if it is not too hot out.

Loggerhead's is "The Spot" on Folly Beach where locals and tourists meet to enjoy food, drink and themselves in a fun laid back atmosphere. We focus on fresh local seafood prepared to order with fair prices. Enjoy the smoke free dining room or relax on the new deck, complete with an awesome open air bar and views of the Atlantic Ocean.
