I have been here for breakfast and lunch and the food is great. The seating area is small so get there early to get a seat.

Very good menu and good service. Not particularly cheap, but plates were generous and it was a very good place to have a breakfast the day we left the island.

We went for early dinner. We had the shrimp po boys, curried chicken salad and chicken fried steak. The shrimp were local and very fresh and everyone enjoyed their meal and the restaurant was beachy casual with inside and outside seating.

This was my 2nd visit to Sea Cow and it satisfies your breakfast hunger. I've only gone off-season so not sure how they would feed a hungry crowd during peak time and this seems to be one of the only breakfast stops on the island. One suggestion - order the grits! yummy!

My family and I ate here twice during our stay at Edisto Beach and found the menu at this local restaurant to be delicious and moderately selective. Even our 2 year old son enjoyed the pancakes and bacon. Think diner food hinting on Southern focus.

The food and ambiance is excellent! Shady outdoor seating, screened porch seating or indoors. Shrimp and crab soup was wonderful. Iced tea was fabulous. Creek is right out the back and a lovely trinket store and surf shop all connected. Love this place.

Enjoyed this breakfast of pancakes, eggs and bacon. These pancakes are incredible and certainly make a meal of their own!

Chocolate chip pancakes were amazing. I got the short stack. They really need to offer a single pancake because even one is so filling especially if you order a side of bacon and let's face it everyone wants a side of bacon!!!! It' not priced like the Denny's grand slam but worth every penny!

Sea Cow is a friendly place with great food. It fills up quickly, so try to get there early. But there are two shops next door to visit while waiting. This was our 3rd visit in a year, and each time the service was good and the food tasty.
