I go to Columbia 3-4 times a year. I always visit Delaney's. The service is always great, of course there a great selection of beer, plus the food is good.

Decided to try chicken and waffles for the first time. So glad I did, I had the grilled chicken. Lotsa flavor to the chicken and the waffle was delicious. Great service by Catie.

Five of us ate a late lunch at Delaney's today and we were all very pleased with our meals! The food was fresh, plentiful, and reasonably priced. The kitchen and waitress met our special requests. There was a large selection of beers on tap. And there was Irish music in the background for our listening pleasure!

I went for dinner and a singer was playing Guitar and singing Irish and American songs. Very enjoyable. I had the Flat Iron Steak with mashed potatoes & gravy and steamed vegetables. Very good! Staff was helpful and very friendly. A lot of regulars the rebut they were also welcoming to a stranger like me. Mixed crowd of all ages.... More

It was our first time to Five Points, but we did not have much time to spare for lunch so stopped by Delaney's. Outdoor seating is under cooling fans. Good menu. We both had the duck and prosciutto wrap, which was amazing. Tasty and perfectly cooked sweet potato fires. Good service, good prices.

Went in with a group on St. Patrick's day. Service was good, the music wasn't bad, but the food was really nothing great. Greasy fries, soggy chips, bangers and mash supposedly made with Irish sausage? Maybe they were Irish but they didn't taste all that great. Go somewhere else to eat after you hear the music here.

Ordered my burger medium-well, but I was served a hockey puck DRENCHED in mustard. The fries were the best thing about my meal. My dad ordered the Ruben, but was underwhelmed. The fried pickles were good, but the spinach and artichoke dip was average. Overall, I probably wouldn't go back. There are better places to eat in Columbia.

This was my second time at Delaney's and like the previous visit a few years ago, I ordered the fish and chips. Absolutely awesome and a very generous portion too! Parking can be a bit of a hassle in the Five Points area so you may want to allow time to find a spot, especially during the evening and on... More
