Great casual hangout on Bay St. to have a smoke and a glass of wine or a beer. Very informal, good selection of cigars, great selection of wine and beer.

I always look for a local cigar shop when we travel, and we found this little spot and am glad we did - and went back a few times! My wife enjoyed a nice Pino and I tried a Perdomo Habano Bourbon Barrel-Aged Connecticut - which is my new favorite! The service was very friendly as the owner walked around... More

I seldom think about a cigar, when we travel, but after walking all over the Charleston Historic District, and trying out nearly every wine list in town, we stumbled upon Charlestowne Tobacco & Wine, right on E. Bay. As the day had turned cool, with a threat of rain, we decided that this was a neat looking place, and I,... More

I only stopped in to buy a few cigars for all the walking but the hospitality was palpable. They had a nice selection of cigars and a cool area to relax with a drink as well. The decor was very cool with Tabasco hanging from the ceiling.

Brother Don's hospitality is the epitome of Charlestons charm. Always a pleasure, never a disappointment.

After a long day of walking, this was a great place to sit outside, have a glass of wine and people watch. Great selection of cigars.

Good if not great cigar selection and properly humidified. Even better wine selection. Nice indoor and outdoor seating with good ventilation so you can take your nonsmoking friends and they will enjoy. Friendly staff and a very local vibe. Dog friendly and good for people watching.

I stopped by here while my girlfriend and her family shopped at the nearby market. This is a great cigar lounge that serves beer and wine. They also allow BYOB and for anyone to bring personal cigars with a $10 cutting fee. I chatted with Brother Dawn and met some of the local business owners and attorneys. This was a... More

We passed by & stopped in, mainly to get out of the heat. We found you could get glasses of wine. We each had one & sat on the leather sofa's and drink our wine while watching the Olympics. They had a wonderful selection of wine by the bottle to purchase. Very good brands. There we others in the place... More

Spent a long weekend in Charleston during an especially hot July. We found this great cigar shop right in the middle of this wonderful city. The cigar selection was good and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There was air conditioning and plenty of seating making it a great midday escape each of my two days in Charleston.

Thank Michael M
