I love to go to the smaller places like this and get a good sandwich/light lunch or... More

We were starving for lunch and needed to find a place that had outdoor seating that would accommodate our dog. We got the white clam chowder, clam cakes (fritters), and fried bay scallops. The clam chowder was not the thick New England style, so we were disappointed with it. Fritters were doughy. Scallops were tasty but either grease or water... More

Just spent a week in Rhode Island determined to find the best lobster roll and here it is! Clean, unassuming place serving amazing food. Grab one on the way to the ferry!

They sell something called Clam Cakes which are a french-fried ball of dough with a couple of clam chunks in them. For flavor you have to dip them in something. These seem to be popular around here. We fed them to the seagulls then had to find a place to wipe the grease off our hands. I found out from... More

We started with a special, 2 lbs of steamed mussels as our appetizer, delicious! The broth was great, waitress offered to package it for me, going to steam littlenecks at home with it! I had spaghetti with clam sauce , hubby had flounder fish and chips, both delicious. Using the flounder for fish and chips, you do not get the... More

Good stop. Decent value. thoroughly enjoyed a cheap double cheeseburger with those thin fast food patties. Not as happy with lobster roll, which had too much mayo and celery. Cheap beer.

I went here because I was told it was a classic Narragansett spot. I was suspicious but tried anyway. The interior dining area is as sterile as an old cafeteria - not even a picture on the walls. The outside is typical picnic benches. If you order alcohol you must sit in the roped in area with no view of... More

Haven't been here since I was a kid,the plain clam chowder and clam fritters are absolutely fantastic! The restaurant has been newly remodeled and there is plenty of seating. You really can't go wrong here there are plenty of options to pick from the menu and everything is fresh to order and the prices are reasonable.
