We ate here on our last night at Great Wolf Lodge and wish we had eaten here earlier. There appeared to be a breakfast place next door that also sounded good. Food was good and service was fast. Reasonably priced compared to the money we spent at GWL. Fun atmosphere! Was a "hidden gem" ...the GPS did not like the... More

We ate at Barley Creek while staying at Great Wolf Lodge and were so happy we ventured out to try it! Great food and on the Tuesday night we visited, there was a great Burger and Beer special for $11.99! Awesome deal. Staff was friendly and the food was very good. My kids really enjoyed playing on the wiffle ball... More

We ate here for dinner the first day we visited, and returned the next day for lunch. The food is delicious! You MUST try the short rib poutine and the meatloaf. My husband swears the Reuben is one of the best he's had. The interior is warm and homey and simple, all exposed wooden beams and wood. There are shirts... More

We had a dark beer and a lager. Both were made by Barley Creek and delicious. We also had the prime rib and pulled pork sandwich with a side of onion rings. The onion rings were very good. The prime rib was very tender but not particularly tasty. The pulled pork was good and came with delicious fried crispy onions.... More

Went to the Poconos to go to summit to check the view. We also did a few things around there. Not much open, no less after 3pm yet. Place is empty (Tue), great beer and wine (house and good stuff, $12), we both had great burgers. I got mine without all the "stuff" like I asked. WiFi needs CPR. Cell... More

Nice place, clean, friendly staff. Our waitress took our order... brought food for the kids... after 20 minutes waiting, we realized that they had forgotten my and my wife's order! Our server was quick to apologize, and offer another round on the house to make up for the error. Food was average. When we received our bill, only my wife's... More

The food was delicious, the beer was great and the wait service was even better. The poutine was amazing and filling. The pot roast sandwich was good comfort food! Definitely a must if you are in the area.

Went here for dinner and it was very busy but the service was excellent and friendly and we didn't feel rushed. I had to say "okay" since I'm not a beer drinker and that is the top draw. The food was just average. Their signature ribs were tasty but very tough...certainly not fall of the bone. My son had the... More

Hi Carole G, The beer is certainly one of the draws. Thanks for the review - supposed to be fall off the bone. Hmmm. The meatloaf? He knew it was smoked meatloaf - some guests would prefer it cooked in a convection oven - not me!. The burgers and pizzas are indeed two of the most frequently ordered items. Cheers... More

I hadn't been to Barley Creek in years. It has been completely renovated and is quite welcoming. I got there about 6pm and was able to get seated immediately. My server was very attentive and pleasant. Dinner was excellent. When I was leaving after 7pm there was a line waiting and it was a Sunday. I am so glad I... More

Hi 563mariettaw, Thanks for the "excellent food and service" review. It's fun when a guest sees all the improvements we make. This year it's a big push to improve the Upper-Deck and turn it into a more interesting beer garden when it's not booked for private events. Thanks again for the shout out. Cheers - Trip. More
