We discovered this treasure a couple years ago by accident. All the other restaurants were mobbed after a performance of Sight & Sound let out. Katie's Kitchen was only part full while everyone else was mobbed. We parked and went in. This time we again...More

My breakfast was delicious. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was friendly and helpful. My meal was prepared in no time and all was good. Definitely would go back if I'm in the area. I did think the meal was a little pricey compared...More

A simple but excellent little restaurant in beautiful Amish country. The dining area is rather small, so you may have to wait a bit for a table, but the home cooking is a great trade off. The food and the friendly service from the young...More

We stopped in for breakfast and everything was fantastic.I especially loved the toast delicately browned from home made bread. The potatoes appeared to have been fried in a single layer as both sides were perfectly cooked and none were stuck together. Servings were generous and...More

Whenever we are in the Lancaster area, Katie's is on our list of restaurants. Exceptional food, good portions and great service. I'm sure this is a local highlight as the food is fresh and desserts are homemade!

Loved our experience and food. Our waitress was the dearest Amish girl--Laura Grace. Food was very good and the smaller serving size I ordered was more than enough. So glad we were interdicted to this restaurant

This place is authentic and run by all Amish women and girls. The food is amazing! Buttered noodles, roast beef, ham loaf, mash potatoes, peanut butter spread, slow cook chicken... everything was awesome- we sat at the bar and the kids loved it because they...More

It's a small, old looking building that appears to have little to offer. Surprise! It is may be small and look like a local "dive," but it has LOTS to offer. The parking area looks small but it's ample enough for customers to fill the...More
