Have had lunch here several times. Staff is always friendly and personable. There are plenty of choices for your lunch. The soup and 1\2 sandwich is a good value. It comes with a pickle spear and homemade chips. Emma was our server most recently and she took great care of us. Would recommend Katie's Kitchen to tourists and locals.

This restaurant is the real deal, not fake amish cooking. Homemade noodles in brown butter. Real farm to table vegetables, etc. Very inexpensive. This isn't a fancy place with plastic food and waiters in white jackets. It is real Amish cooking mostly to serve real Amish families, but they welcomed tourists, too. It was refreshing to see people of real... More

We visited and were pleasantly surprised to find a menu filled with delicious options. The restaurant was staffed by courteous Amish folk that took great care of us. The portions were huge and the prices reasonable. The homemade toast was excellent, and the strawberry jam was outstanding. I had the breakfast haystack (well, about 1/4 of it anyways) and my... This is a no frills, family, home style cooking. Portions a bit small. Run by mennonites. Very informal and casual. Food was a bit salty. Reasonable prices. If you want real home style cooking in a very casual atmosphere, for a cheap price, give it a try, don't go super hungry though. Servers very nice and super friendly.

We visit the area often and Katie's is a must for breakfast every trip. The toast and strawberry jam make the trip worth it and the wait staff is always exceptional --- friendly and attentive. Add to your list of "must go" places!

This was very average diner style food. This did not give off the authentic Amish feel we were hoping for.

Katie's is a must visit at least once during every visit... this trip it was a quiet Tuesday evening... and everything was great! There seemed to be an abundance of young girls (most Amish) working and they were clearly enjoying the work. Service was prompt and pleasant... we happened to be seated near some customers who were, shall we say,... More

Small local place with good food and prices. Had breakfast. Would go back! Loved the baked oatmeal! So good.

We have been here a few times and. Never had any issues. They must have had an off day as the food was not fresh. The rolls were not soft and the soup had no meat in it. We will give it another try ( not this trip) as we said before usually the food is good.

Thank William B
