If you like sharing your table with roaches, this is the place for you. If you're lucky, you may even see a rat or two

Selected Saturday nights are "mystery nights". From arrival, guests are greeted and seated by folks in costume and character. In our case, we were thrust into a mid-civil war era murder mystery. Seating areas, I assume, are former first-floor hotel guest rooms. Guests are packed in a linear formation: four to a side and eight to a table. Two former... More

Thur nite, Nov 5, 2015 4 of us had dinner. My friends ordered the "trencher plate" which featured a filet plus crab cake. The crab cake was mostly bread, can not recommend. The filet was good and cooked to request. The rice side had no taste and the green beans had too much pepper. The bread rolls were not warm.... More

We stumbled upon Bube's (sounds like boobies) while exploring Amish country. The interior is rather dungeon like, but the bier garden is wonderful. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our server Betsey was great and made some helpful suggestions. For food we had the Asian fish tacos - fresh but surprisingly bland, others had a Cobb salad - large and... More

Good place for a burher or cheese steak. I tried the bufalo chicken blue cheese steak and it was spicy and amazing. Excellent selection of local brews on tap as well as many others.

This restaurant offers the unique opportunity to eat in an the catacombs below an old brewery. The host took us on a short tour before seating us and it was really interesting. The food was very good, as well. Highly recommended.

My husband and I were hosting family for the week and we decided to go to the murder mystery. We were more than satisfied with the entire experience from start to finish! The friendly staff, the building itself, and the actors create such an exciting environment and a fun evening. We absolutely loved it! The food was great, the show... More

We ate downstairs at Bube's. Mussels were done perfectly! Great beer selection, and great atmosphere!

Heidi took our reservations and she was so helpful and sweet. This was our first time at a Mystery Dinner and our last. The first part was in this tiny bar room and they had cheap appetizers ( chip & Dip type) and one bartender to handle a room full of people. I am sure if they added another bartender... More

I love this place. From the beer to the history to the fun atmosphere, Bube's is terrific. And, to top it off, it's really pronounced BOO-bees. Go for a murder mystery dinner for something really special.

Thank Jason S
