I stopped in for a late lunch. Not many people inside. Food was okay. Got a Buffalo Chicken hoagie. Sandwich was huge. Fries were frozen, not fresh cut. Portions were more than I could handle. Only one bartender/server working. Didn't realize PA still allowed smoking inside public places. Of the patrons, at least half were smoking. Not a big fan... More

I arrived to this area on Thanksgiving and this was the only place open. The waitress was very nice. When you go in the main entrance, go left into restaurant and right into the bar. In the restaurant area, it's really dated and reeked of cigarette smoke. YUK! Ordered my meal, it wasn't bad. I was hungry after driving all... More

I have to meet friends here occasionally for business. (An evening early in the week, not near or on the weekend.) It is cleaner than it has been from several months ago. The bar is smoking-permitted. The dining room is supposed to be smoke-free, but yesterday evening smoke from the bar was leaking into the dining room. I was there... More

poor service, poor food, pricey. The onion on my burger was old, the burger was half as thick as it used to be, french fries were overcooked.

Always a steady and tasty stop. Menu is smaller and leans towards pub food than dining. Not far from 298 turnpike exit at 10 and 23. So off good food and on or head north to Reading on 176.

This is one of two bars in Morgantown, PA. The bar and restaurant are separated, but the noise and smell travels. The food is mediocre and expensive for the quality and portions. There is an underlying mildew smell that made me feel like the restaurant was unsanitary. The surprise is that some locals rave about this restaurant. I didn't find... More

This place looked very intriguing so we decided to have dinner here. Our server was a real Gem. Very friendly and gave a fun presentation. The food however was another concern. Our entrees just didn't taste right, and as I was over the toilet later that evening I kind of figured out why.

This looks to be a historic building with a nice stone fireplace inside. But it is run down. The bar is separate from the restaurant so you can go there to smoke. But it is not very clean and I was worried about eating the food. This place could be great if they put money into it and cleaned it... More

I have only ever been in the restaurant area, never the bar, and I've always had a good experience. The restaurant is quiet and homey, and the food is outstanding.

Stopped in for dinner. The menu was mostly bar fare. We had the Chicken Chesapeake. The sauce was perfect and a generous portion. Chicken/crab meat just OK. The best part was the beef barley soup. There was only one other patron in the dining section, but bar area was hopping!
