The menu is very pleasant and creative. I have enjoyed several of their fish entrees. Service is attentive which adds to the experience. Black Bass is located in an historic building situated to provide a wonderful view of the Delaware.

This is the best place either for drinks in the cozy stone bar served up by Clayton or Liz, dinner overlooking the canal or retiring to one of the beautiful rooms. A must any time of year but especially the fall and winter.

No, they have a liquor license at the Bass. Beautiful pewter bar too from Maxim’s inParis. Their sister property across the street, the casual Lumberville General Store, is BYO.
