Went as a family group of 6 and we all absolutely loved this restaurant. Extensives menu with excellent choice of dishes. Waitress was super efficient and wine list good. If in Wollombi try Panino. You won’t be disappointed.

Had heard about this place for a while but had never been. On my last trip returning from the Hunter I thought I’d take the scenic road and stop here for lunch. I'm so glad i did! Sitting out the back on a sunny winters...day with a plate of Pasta and a local Semilion, life doesn't get much better. That is until dessert arrives…… unbelievably good. Panino has to be a 'must do' for anyone driving to the Hunter.More

If ever there was a hidden gem -This Is It! Tonight we had Toulouse style cassoulet, Rabbit Ragu, Affogato & Zuccotto. Every mouthful was sensational. The service always delightful It was certainly worth braving the cold to go there.

Had the cassoulet and salmon - wow! Just incredible. Gelatinous masterpiece! Best ever, since we’ve been to France! Service was impeccable- a delight, she was like a yo yo running up and down the restaurant but ever so gracefully. What a beauty!

Panino's came highly recommended by locals and did not disappoint. The restaurant during the evening was peaceful, romantic and quiet. The food was amazing as was the wine. We had such a good time that we ventured back the following day for lunch and were...delighted by the menu, service and amazing coffee. If you want to avoid the biker riff raff of Wollombi, this is the place to go.More

We really ejoyed our evening meal at Paninos. The linguini and prawn dish was outstanding and a very generous serve. My partner loved his baby octopus entree and we also shared the garlic and rosemary focacia which was also tasty and delicious. Service was excellent....Our wait person was attentive and the food was served promptly. We look forward to another visit when we travel to Wollombi in the coming months. Thankyou for a relaxing and most enjoyable experience.More

A beautiful Italian restaurant with dishes made to showcase the outstanding quality of the local produce. People of all dietary preferences are catered for and to describe the service and food received as excellent would be the only word appropriate. I would certainly return here...in the future when I decide to make another trip to Wollombi for a weekend retreat but not only for their dinner service, but also for their lunch menu as a taste of their coffee (piccolo latte) has left me wanting to experience the rest of what they have to offer.More

Hi Amy I am Coeliac and was told when we visited recently all the mains at the time were GF so there were plenty of options -not so much for desert (I had cheese platter) but overall very happy with the meal
