Dropped into Wauchope for a look about and breakfast, many years since we have been there. Noticed a cafe in the park and checked it out. Watermans..... looked inviting so went in so glad we did. Down loaded the menu on our phones what a...great idea (Covid friendly) chose scrambled eggs with basil tomato on side Mrs Retiredwino the bacon stack with poached egg, food served promptly and was delicious plus great coffee. They did a special evening of seafood and matching wines. The food was delicious and to a very high standard. Absolutely loved it and will book again when they do another

Lovely staff. Food = grease and salt. Place should and could be good. Staff are very nice but the food was dreadful. Really hope it was an off day. Ordered breakfast. Undercooked and fatty bacon and we now know where McDonalds send their rejected hash...browns (over salted and soaked in fat). Seriously guys this type of has brown had its day 10 years ago! Rest of the ingredients were good but just badly cooked. Really disappointed as we read the reviews and the were looking forward to a great local place but...the search continues.More

We stumbled across this cafe during an unscheduled stop at Wauchope. The menu was modern, with something for everyone including the kids. The food was delicious & the staff were friendly & service was prompt. We enjoyed our outdoor table overlooking the playground. Well worth...a visit, we’d definitely go back!More

Wauchope is not a very exciting town and this place was a pleasant surprise. It's in the town park and easy to miss. Proper modern cafe with proper coffee and proper cakes! Very trendy but ironically most of the customers were local ladies in the...80s and 90s. All strength to you ladies! We oldies like our coffee! We were on the way to see the giant Bottlebutt Tree 10km out of town. Worth seeing but it is 3km off the tar road down a gravel road which is a bit ordinary toward the end. Also went to nearby Bago Winery down a good gravel road but no-one home at 9.45 am although the sign out the front says open at 9. Lovely spot but can't comment on the wine or the coffee.More

It's easy to see how this cafe is popular, it certainly isn't the decor which is reminiscent of an Italian or even Chinese restaurant. Apart from the coffee which is very good there is something else that fills this place, the food. It's worth the...drive to the country town to wander and enjoy a meal or breakfast here.More

Best Caesar salad on Mid North Coast. Always tasty and fresh with good customer service. Serves alcohol at lunch. Bonus points 😀
