Probably the best breakfast I have had in a cafe. Great coffee and not to much toast . And in the sun at 7.30 am.

Yesterday we had the pleasure of choosing a very special place to have lunch. This was our first visit to Urunga so we had no idea where to eat. Out came two fabulous gluten free meals that were photo worthy and even better to eat!...Totally fresh and tasty with amazing presentation. Figure we’ll be back to Pomegranate Cafe next time we’re travelling north!More
Beautiful coffee, breakfast menu extensive. Most importantly the Staff. OMG. The staff are impeccable. So friendly and accommodating for our family. Thank you!
Stopped for lunch, menu was all tempting! Had prawn, vegetable and noodle stir fry - delicious! Friends had panoramic with salad they also thoroughly enjoyed their food. Topped off lunch with fresh juice.
Stopped here for breakfast, food was delicious, coffee good, service fast and efficient, staff friendly and very Covid conscious. Would recommend!
Under lockdown, pomegranate got creative and made takeaway curry night.. we, three adults enjoyed a delicious meal of three curries, rice roti and pakoras.. so delicious we are ordering more for this week. Thoroughly recommend
We stopped in here around midday, and went up and happened to order the vegetarian burger from the breakfast menu.. whoops! But then the staff said no dramas, we can still do that for you! The burger was absolutely delicious, and a great price too....Coffee was also great although takeaway cups were a tad leaky. The treats cabinet was fantastic and we tried the truffle balls, both pistachio and hazelnut. They were both so yummy and at $2 each who could resist 👌would 100% recommend this place!More
We walked one block back from the front, got past the burgers and chips, and found Pomegranate where the locals go. Unfortunately, we ordered just after 6 other people had placed their lunch order so we had a lengthy wait - only a small kitchen...we were told. I had the Thai beef salad and my wife had the stuffed mushrooms with a side salad. Both were very good.More
Pomegranate was very nice. The waitress with curly hair was very welcoming and happy to serve. I had a BLAT and it was one of the best I’ve had. Coffee was good. Very close to the famous boardwalk, and had good tables and facilities
We recently visited this cafe and were very happy with the staff and especially the coffee.would definitely recommend a visit here. Lots of locals visit here.
Delicious food. Great choices. Friendly, helpful staff. The quiche special was lovely however it could have been just a little warmer. Together with a salad and tomato relish it was a great combination and very reasonably priced.
We visiteded this little cafe twice on our recent stay. The muffins were excellent and they did a good iced latte that actually tasted of coffee.
Our lunch here was tasty, with an interesting choice of sandwiches, wraps etc as well as full meals. Service was pleasant and prices reasonable.
Never a bad breakfast at Pomegranate Cafe. I had one of the breakfast specials which was amazing. Great coffee, great servic8 and great food
