After a 4am breakfast at Brighton Qld, I was more than ready for lunch at midday at Toronto NSW. As I enjoyed a lunch at Doubletake Cafe before, I was happy to try it again. I chose Chilli & Chorizo Omelette with long black coffee: the Omelette was beautiful: tasty, spicy and nice & juicy. Coffee was great too. Highly recommended.

I am a regular visitor to Double Take Cafe at Toronto and have always appreciated the friendly, courteous and prompt service, as well as the delicious and well priced food. The coffee is really good and the ambiance and views are amazing, the cafe being situated near the shores of Lake Macquarie. I have noticed from other reviews that many of them are dated way back to even 2018 since when new owners have taken over and completely turned the business around. With Al Fresco and inside dining it's a great venue - whatever the weather! I would highly recommend Double Take as a destination for breakfast, brunch or lunch. CGM Morisset

My first time to Doubletake cafe and was very pleasantly surprised. We had yummy scones with to die for jam, which they make themselves and cream. Coffee was nice and hot and the staff very friendly. We’ll be back very soon. Thank you Doubletake Cafe at Toronto.

We had a family gathering for breakfast today - the service & food were both great! All the staff were very friendly & everyone commented on how delicious the meals were! Highly recommend their ☕️🥓🍳🥑🥞

We were enjoying an eBiking experience and thought we would stop off for a coffee on a Monday lunchtime when most places close at 12:00p.m.
The muffins were very tasty and the coffee was great.

I stopped at Doubletake Cafe at Toronto for lunch; it was nice being able to look across at the water while catching up on my reports using my mobile office. Salt & Pepper Calamari with salad was tasty, light and satisfying. Calamari was tender and the mixed salad included mixed leaves, cucumber and cashews along with mayonnaise to add to the flavours. Very nice and recommended.

Have been coming into this cafe for a number of years and have usually enjoyed the menu. But the latest change was not for the best as it now does not cater well for the vegetarians, and especially not fully plant based eaters!

I took my Granddaughter here on Fathers Day for breakfast. We had the pikelets with fresh strawberries, cream & ice cream & coffee. It was very busy being this day but staff were very courteous & efficient.

First time visit, the coffee was beautiful as was the food, there was a bit of a wait for the food unfortunately but the service was friendly. Loved that there was a coice of breads to have our eggs on, instead of just sourdough. will definately go back

What a little great little cafe....the food was fabulous, the location great and only a hop skip and jump to the Toronto foreshore. We sat outside to take in the beautiful view and the exceptional winter sun. The service was friendly, the food was amazing and I can highly recommend the Chai granola bowl which was a feast for not only the eyes but the taste bud.
