Another good Macca's Restaurant.

Macca's always manages to seek out and secure ideal locations for its fast food outlets. Toronto is no exception and it is a very popular establishment. The site looks a little smaller than other Macca's and even though parking seems tight I have always managed t find a spot. The restaurant is well presented both inside and out with a choice of areas in which to sit. The food is expected Macca's fare and the staff are always friendly. Another good franchise in the McDonald's chain. Recommended.

Think they won't get your order wrong again this time? Just wait and see... Can they screw up a sundae? Uh huh! Will they give the wrong order to a car in the drive thru, then take it back, take the egg off and put it on someone else's burger? Sure they will! Will the charge you for ketchup after giving you sauce you didn't ask for? Yes of course! Will they give you a half slice of cheese on your McStingy, then miss the burger and stick it to the box instead? Unbelievable but yes! I live local and try and avoid it like the plague....Every time (and I mean every time) they remind me why I try and avoid it!!

Rude manager refused to honor deal ordered on app, charged for meal and unable to contact restaurant by phone, had to drive back to restaurant to arrange credit. Wake up people!!!!!!

Went into McDonald's Toronto to try the chicken big Mac, These are my observations ,noticed the floor In front of the counter was dirty and greasy,efpos didn't work on the preorder ,no one to pay at counter , eventually got to pay for order,chicken patties were like cardboard ,not nice at all,ate it anyway but wish I didn't,toilets were filthy and I mean filthy, couldn't bring myself to use them, absolutely third world,I've seen cleaner in Bali,avoid.

If you can keep driving just put up with the kids whinging for another 10 minutes. I stopped in here for lunch and I felt crook when I left, the fries looked and tasted like they were cooked 3 days prior, my nuggets (if you could call them that) were that dry I could snap them in half. I should have complained but I'm always worried what they do to your food out the back. I thought I would wash it all done with a coffee, what a big mistake that was, the coffee was that milky it was stone cold and when the girl brought it out to me (with no spoon or sugar) she spilled atleast 1/3 of it on the saucepan then when I asked for a serviette it was like I was asking for the space shuttle launch codes. Even the toilets were probably the dirtiest I have ever seen, I don't know whether they were understaffed or what? but there weren't many people eating there which is uncommon for any McDonalds at lunch time. Worst Macers I have ever eaten at and will never go there again!!

Always clean!

Unlike some McDonald's this one is always clean and tables cleared of rubbish. Long opening hours and good location make it easy to break long trips. Staff friendly and toilets kept clean.

My daughter and i were hungry and in a hurry so we went to McDonalds Toronto as it was on the way .first we asked for an iced coffee each and we were asked would we like cream we said yes but when it arrived there was no cream. The staff didnt listen to our order only when they said it back to us i realized they had said the wrong food. that was not what we had ordered.i found the whole experience not pleasant .the staff need to improve.im really not in a hurry to go back this is not the first time i have been unhappy with this McDonalds.

Got my order wrong

I was disappointed with the service here today. Not only did they get my order wrong this afternoon, but they also over-charged me for it. The staff were too busy to care that I drove 20 mins out of my way to have the item exchanged for the correct one.

Shambles. Disgraceful.

My order was crushed in its paper bag. The chips were Luke warm. I watched them crush my order............I watched the chips not being cooked fresh. Previously I have had the worst fillet of fish in my life. Only just venturing back after the recent McDonald's advertisements. This place is a complete disgrace. Complete lack of training. All,the team seem to want to go home at 2000.
