Drove out, told 20 minute wait. An hour and a half later.... Its fish and chips mate. Are you going fishing yourself? No apologies, no updates. Completely average fish and chips at best. What a pathetic joke of an establishment. Winners of peoples choice? Really? I think not.

Ordered hot food and told the wait will be 15-20 minutes. Only about 5-6 others waiting. 55 minutes later our food was ready. It was terrible. However. the fresh prawns were great. Some OH&S issues. They need to bulldoze and start again.

Popped in for a quick lunch. Waited 40 minutes, while listening to the staff fighting and using terrible language (which other customers could hear as well) to have the foulest tasting fish and chips ever. The batter was soggy and dripping off the fish, both the fish and chips tasted as though the oil was reused too many times. The... More

staff rude, food horrible, place run-down to the point the health department should be called in to shut the place down. Its could be such an awesome place right on the water, but it is not.

DONT EVEN STOP. We spent $100 on fish and chips for a group of 8. We were staying locally in the caravan park. What a disaster, the fish was mushy, cooked in warm oil. Was supposed to be flathead and sole. Definitely not either. Chips were like leather, must have been cooked 3 times in the same cold oil. Filthy.... More

This would have to be the worst fish and chip shop on the Central Coast. The place is so old and dirty. The fish is not fresh and they place the fish in water to defrost it. There are cockroaches runing around where they cook. They do not have hot water to wash up. The coffee machine is dirty and... More

Food took forever. Staff all fighting as cooking. No one knows what to do. Calamari older than me. Had to ask for salt -and given big cheap salt to use and had to take back. No potato in the scollop. Don't go here.

My husband and I stopped here last weekend for lunch. Although the outside was shabby, we took the gamble and ordered, to be told to take a seat out the back. The restaurant is a shambles, an absolute bulldoze job. We were the only people there and I was actually scared waiting out the back for food, as it was... More

Against my better judgement after reading the reviews we had takeaway family pack flathead ,chips, calamari, potato scallops. It was the WORST fish and chips ever $28 the fish was old, calamari that a rubber band would have been proud of,potato scallops that were not edible as they were only batter PLEASE give this place a wide berth

I'm not one to write reviews, but people need to be warned. Of all the fish and chips shops on the Coast we picked this one. Ordered fish, chips, calamari and potato scallops. After waiting over 45 minutes for it to be cooked and they only had one other order, we received overcooked chips, 1mm thick potato scallops(that's not an... More
