Great spot with good coffee and great service. If your having a break in Terrigal (and you should) then make sure this is a stop on your morning walk. Would also be a great spot to watch the local rugby union games on Australia’s best...places footy groundMore

Always thought the Cove Cafe had one of the world’s best views but the food was not special. But today’s battered hoki, homemade chips and perfect salad has changed that. I certainly can’t recall a better fish and chips anywhere, ever. It might sound like...a humble dish but there are so many ways of getting it wrong. Looking forward to trying other dishes again. Chef: please stay.More

The staff at this place could really try and be nice. The service was awful. Only the coffee was good. The food was horrible.

Great view, average service. Some of the food coming out looked pretty good but.... we ordered the Smashed Avo which came with poached eggs and what a disappointment! The avocado was smeared on and at $21 this was ridiculous. I might give them another go...but certainly won’t order that again.More

Overlooking the ocean on a clear day - how can you go wrong? Excellent coffee - warm pancakes with trimmings - fantastic!

Ordered “The Alex” (big breakfast) and oh boy was it big!! Didn’t come with hashbrowns so added them to the meal and was huge. Couldn’t even finish it. Also got a bacon and egg roll which was good. Would come for breaky again

When my husband and I first arrived the girl snubbed us and went to the next customers. Gave them a menu board . Came back and handed us a photocopied menu. I asked if there was somewhere out of the wind we could sit (as...it was quite chilly) and she said i could try Down the end but if I don’t like it I could go somewhere else. Good start. Because of a medical condition it took a lot for me to get there so I just said to my husband let’s just eat,we are here now. I ordered fish and chips. The chips were over cooked and full of oil and the fish was the same. The tempura flathead was no more than tiny off cuts. They definitely can not justify $27 for either the food or the service, both were disgusting!!! Would not recommend this place at all.More

We ordered several meals including a gluten-free double bacon roll only to find half way through the meal that the bun they served was mouldy all the way through the bun. The staff offered to refund our whole meal, but when it came time they...only offered to refund the one double bacon roll. It isn't ever acceptable to serve up mouldy food at any time, especially when the chef should have seen the mould when cutting the bun in half while preparing the meal. You can only imagine how bad it felt when we realised we had already eaten completely mouldy food hidden by the bacon on top. To then just offer a refund for the single double bacon roll was an appalling decision by the manager. Oh I forgot, they decided to throw in a free coffee sometime in the future. Based on this experience we will never eat there again and I suggest you inspect your meal for mould before eating there as well.More

Great place to grab a meal or in my case a coffee and enjoy the wonderful views. COVID processes in place. Staff were friendly and the service was quick.

Just stopped in for coffee and scones and both were delicious. Beautiful waterfront views. Staff is was either really busy that day or just disorganized .
