Found this little gem last week. Location amazing right on the water an Australian boat shed run by Australians. Food lovely, fresh seafood ,great burgers ,hot chips, kids meals high chairs ect. Ross his wife and staff are great and all take the time to...say hello. The host even throws in a free 2 man band at various time slots. The best venue for Australia Day when we visited for the second time you can even phone ahead and book takeaway and pull up in your boat and pick it up. Like I so said a gem we will definitely back.. Thanks Ross and crewMore

Beautiful place for a quick snack and the bonus is the pristine views of the inlet, we will return :)

Food took 50 minutes to arrive after ordering and while the food was “okay”, for a $20 burger and schnitzel, it was nothing special. Next time I’m in the area I’ll be looking at alternative options. Shame as it

Fantastic location. Worth a visit just for that. Food was good, standard fare but acceptable. Somewhat pricey as well. Long wait though which was odd considered the number of staff and as the cafe was half full. The staff however were very attentive - particularly...the young blokes who were a credit to themselves and the owners of the business. Worth a visit for the view, the food a secondary thoughtMore

Great location with a lot of potential. Needs renovating and more motivated staff. It is very basic with a gorgeous view. We were greeted by a young gentleman who was very friendly, who guided us to our table, but when we ordered it was almost...an inconvenience. Breakfast menu is very limited, consisted of a variety of bacon and eggs. We had the ‘breakkie special’ which was Avo Smash, which didn’t even have fresh avocado. Food was very disappointing, lacked flavor also. Coffee was average. Wouldn’t visit again, we were recommended to this place by a local and we hired push bikes to ride down there specifically. What a great location to have breakfast or lunch, and being pet friendly it was a plus for us. Great views and great food. The menu is a big plus, the staff were smiling and friendly and very helpful, and the food was great. The...big breakfast and the Eggs Benedict were sensational. Thanks. We will be back.More

Went here for lunch with my family which included young children. We were immediately offered a high chair for my niece and a corner table location so that my son’s stroller would not be in the way. We received our food quickly and it was...really nice - go for the waffles!More

Really nice place, and a very nice cuppa, enjoyed out on the deck watching a pelican clean it's feathers. Happy to recommend

The owners and staff of Pelican Shores are wonderful people. They obviously are passionate about their jobs. We hired a "tinny" (small motor) boat and the safety and quality of the service was impeccable. Recommended. They served us food out-of-hours as a courtesy as well.

Check in was difficult with a non-Apple phone but with some discussion we ended up doing a written entry. We had asked for, and received, a table out on the deck beneath the roof. Views over the water were wonderful and as a cafe the...requirement is to pay at the front counter when ordering. Service was about average, and we enjoyed the casual dining. The grilled barramundi serving, for the price, was not good value, as it came broken up and looked like about half a fillet. There was no temperature check, and patrons wandered about quite a lot so social distancing was difficult.More
