Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We always head to Brunelli's for our first morning coffee before ski. It is very good, especially served in the lovely double-walled glass cups.

Absolutely delicious coffees, Italian hot chocolate and granitas. The place was spotless, even with the crowds, drinks came out quickly and the service was super friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite place to go!

Went to this joint to have a coffee break during skiing day on Tue 8/09 Young girl with blond hair serving me at cake counter She grabbed cakes with her bear hands ( no gloves) and when I complained to her she replied that she...disinfect her hands after each customer However I observed her touching her nose, hair etc after she disinfected her hands I told her off again to what instead of sorry she became aggressive unfriendly and unwelcoming While cakes are very good and tasty this kind of attitude is disgusting and put me off I don't think I will be coming back in a hurry... very bad customer service The Italian guy was nice though it's just this young girl was in the wrong place She should be washing dishes but not service customers!!! But as I said cakes are very good and so is coffee and hot chokolate!!More

The coffee was really good 9/10 I Love that the cream and marshmallow are served separately for the hot chocolate 9/10. That this family business is carrying on despite COVID and the skiers numbers being capped is amazing. Definitely worth the mid snow stop to...meet up With friends at Brunelli’sMore

As his tee shirts say “I cannot keep calm because I am Italian” - this man is a legend with only his coffees being bigger. Thanks Bruno for excellent service and see you next season.

This place has been around for years with the same person making the coffee. Great place for a quick stop or breakfast or lunch. You always feel good here. A must stop if you are at Perisher Ski Resort.

Bigger than it looks from the front, it flows back to a central bar and tables and seating. Good coffee and cakes too.

This is the best coffee on the mountain. The hot rolls are a hit as well. A great and easy place to stop for lunch. If you are in your ski boots BEWARE SLIPPERY FLOOR. I think they could put some rubber down on the...concrete as 2 people slipped while we were there. We had 2 coffees as it was that good compared to others on the mountain. Great service from the total team. A must try on the mountainMore

Bruno and Roberta, both Italian heritage, are such a friendly couple. From the moment that Roberta greets you at Brunellis Cafe and takes your order, you are made to feel like you’ve known them for years. There’s a reason they have won a Sydney Royal...Easter Show “Best In Show” business award, they’re that good! They run a tight ship, pumping out hot drink and home made hot food, one after the other. Roberta makes all the food on offer while Bruno is the barista maestro. They offer vegetarian food, meat options and desserts and it’s all at a reasonable price. My favourite place!More

Brunelli's is not so much a cafe as an experience! Take the time to sit down and enjoy your coffee inside. Read the storyboard and learn all about coffee around the world. And watch (& hear) the theatre of Bruno at work! Also, cafe is...spotlessly clean.More
