Great restaurant! The food was excellent - fresh and tasty (we had chicken saag and butter chicken, both excellent). Our waitress was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were dining with young kids - our waitress read our minds and brought papadums for the kids just as we sat down. She helped us with the menu and with the location of a local bottle shop for the BYO wine! Overall a really good experience, and good restaurant option particularly with kids.

We ate here on a Tuesday night. Most tables were occupied and there were constant take aways. Although there was only one waitress and one chef working on the night, the service was excellent and the food absolutely delicious. Possibly the best I've had out of India. Lucky locals to have such a gem of a restaurant!

The receptionists at Beach Rooms Motel recommended this place so we thought we’d give it a try, it didn’t disappoint. The food was absolutely delicious, best curry we’ve had in a long time. Nann bread was also tasty and the one portion of rice was enough for 2 of us.
Curries are cooked to your heat preference - mild, medium or hot
Staff very friendly.
NOTE - BYO - we are from the UK so not used to BYO so didn’t think about taking booze.

Good Indian food in relaxed setting. Had the lamb madras and the meat was melt in the mouth tender. Partner had mango chicken which was a little warmer than she expected. Nann was a little on the doughy side but ok. Service was friendly and prompt. Would go again

The Owner, Ravi was more than accommodating for 8 lads from Newcastle looking for a place to eat in Nambucca Heads.
The food was exceptional, service was second-to-none and you can bet your bottom dollar that we’ll be coming back!
You can’t tell me that many Businesses and Business Owners are able to pull off the perfect trifecta: Food, Service and Experience - and they nailed it…. 5-stars!!

Family dinner on a Thursday night. Wait staff knowledgeable and efficient. We had 3 main dishes, and each of us really happy with our meals. It was some of the best Indian food we have eaten in some years. Will definitely return.

We had the vegetarian entree plate which was great. Then I had the lamb rogan josh which was ok but not outstanding - the lamb was a bit tough and the sauce wasn’t as rich as I’d like. My wife had the malai kofta which was excellent. And the cheese and garlic naan was truly outstanding. The waitress didnt know what malai kofta was, despite it being the days special, and made a small mistake on our order. The ambience was good and the mango lassi was also good.

Keema Naan excellent, service fine, rice good and saag lamb average. But biggest disappointment was the prawn malabar. A very strange Malabar with no coconut cream and full of vegetables! And worst of all was only 4 prawns in a dish that cost $29.90.Niggardly in the extreme. We will not be back.

This has been our best meal out in Nambucca Heads thus far. We enjoyed Vegetable Samosas for entree and delicious Chicken Saag and a Coconut fish curry with rice and a lovely garlic naan. This now rates as one of four of the best Indian meals we have had in Australia. The restaurant is very cafe style. The service is very efficient and served in a timely manner. BYO wine. Highly recommend.

Best Indian food I ever had in coast 😋 food was so yummy. I tried chicken madrash since then became my favourite dish. My family had a vegetarian options they loved it was proper cooked in Indian style.

This unassuming restaurant proved to be a real surprise. We ordered 2 entrees and shared a main course along with rice,raita and a naan. Everything was very tasty.
It is a BYO restaurant. Everyone working there was friendly

Rarely choose to eat Indian but with the glowing reviews decided to give it a go. Was very busy Saturday night but they squeezed us in. Enjoyed the starters Lamb chops chicken tikka and mushrooms bahja. Mains we tried a couple of different things never heard of before but just wasnt as good but could be wrong choice. Service good and timings good considering how busy it was.

Booking of 7 people on a Friday night. Walked in with trepidation, no-one else there but it was early. Was busy by 7pm. Food was delicious and everyone was happy. Tikka Massala was delicious. Garlic and cheese naan, was way too cheesey, but the plain naans were the best. Overall if we come to Nambucca again this place would be on our list.

Excellent food, incredibly tasty, spiced perfectly and fresh!! The fish curry was superb - one of the best I’ve had. The Chicken Sagweela was also excellent as were the sag dish and breads. What a pleasant surprise to find this little gem in Nambucca!

Best Indian food I’ve ever had. Buy regularly. Great staff. Food amazing. Try the prawn dish. Just so delicious.
