Being a local customer born in Sicily, I was at first hesitant in choosing the Sicilian Linguine as my main dish.
Anyhow, I decided to try them because I was carbohydrate deprived for some time (my wife is a gluten free person). And I was more then happy of my choice!
The main challenge of this dish is to get the pancetta right, not too raw but not too dry, and in this case it was crisped at the right point. The portion was also generous and with a lot of condiment, but you were still able of taste every single ingredient. I will have them again for sure.

Mick, Jade, Steve & staff consistently serve up the freshest & healthiest food I've ever eaten any where in the world. Mick, Jade and Steve also make you feel like part of their family which is why I am a frequent visitor to this great gem of a restaurant in Mullumbimby. Great food Great Service at the right price

Has the halloumi burger .... yum yum yum. So tasty and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a simple but yummy meal. Not too busy, so that was also a bonus.

Just so bad, never again! Do not go!
Slow, terrible service. Under cooked food. Go anywhere else! We had to leave after no food after close to one and a half hour wait.

Have eaten here on quite a few occasions when visiting Ballina. Never been disappointed with the food or service.

Very average food for the price.
Never come away from this place with a positive position.
There is always a disappointment.
The last was a linguine with a few tomatoes and overly large indigestible chunks of bacon.

Visited the courthouse hotel for lunch with some girlfriends. This is a great spot for lunch!! Surprised at the menu for a pub. Great variety of food from the typical pub food to some great pasta and fish meals. Between us we had the linguine and tortellini pasta dishes which were home made and delicious!! The othe dish was the grilled barramundi, which was cooked perfectly. Definitely recommend and will return

Off the main road but worth the find as the menu was modern and varied. We had a group af 10 and all meals were a big hit from the steak to the pasta to the fish. Would totally recommend we will be back

The food served by chef, Mick, is truly excellent. Whenever we visit Mullumbimby, we go there for lunch and we have never been disappointed. I recommend it highly.

These guys had 2 Vegan options on the menu. I had a hard time but eventually chose the Lentil Curry with Coconut Rice over the Tofu Buddha Bowl and I was not disappointed (not that I thought I would have been with the tofu dish). The young lady fielding my inquiry was not only lovely but extremely helpful and knowledgeable but had obviously tried both dishes. I also spoke with the chef who was also knowledgeable about Vegan but was excited and proud to provide high quality and delicious Vegan food. If you’re in Mullumbimby you MUST eat here

First night in Mullumbimby I stopped at the Courthouse Hotel for a drink and ended up staying for dinner. A good decision!
I checked the reviews before deciding and noted that some of the older reviews were not brilliant however I am delighted to say that all the problems mentioned in other reviews have been fixed
I was greeted by a friendly smile at the bar - thanks Simone. The chicken parmy was excellent and really hit the spot after a 400km ride. Tykwon (sorry if I didn't get that right mate) was looking after the restaurant tables and doing a great job.
Congratulations to the chef and his team. Keep up the good work.

we went to the hotel yesterday we had travelled from palm beach just to have lunch there as we expected it was so good I had the barra spring roll and my partner had white bait this is not seen in restaurants all that much so he loved it the service was extremely good so much so that we were warned that there would be a large group lunching so he suggested we order before they arrived to save waiting time THIS WAS GOOD SERVICE

Meal size are very poor paid for an adult meal got a meal the size of a kids meal not good value for money at all had a better meal at the middle pub and a lot cheaper won’t be back

I have had a few beers at this venue. The Bar staff are friendly and go out of their way to remember your name, drink and accomodate your group. I have witnessed the skill in which the bar staff manage unreasonable customers.
For a nice beer, with excellent staff and a quality bistro, I would highly recommend this venue.
