We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant. We went for the Roast Night. Not a lot of choice, but enough options to suit all our party.

We turned up here after a sweaty hike looking less than attractive and no one seemed to mind. Great spot for outside seating to sit and have a good feed. Reasonable prices, good sandwiches and coffee. While away a few hours with some beers if its raining.

We enjoyed a filling breakfast at this restaurant on our last day and are sorry we didn't venture in earlier during our stay.

Coral Cafe is situated next to the Museum and is open most days from morning to mid afternoon. Their cakes and slices are home made and most delicious as are their hamburgers and sandwiches.

We dined at the Coral Cafe at the Museum purely by chance for dinner one night. (We couldn't get into one of the other more "popular" restaurants) What a nice surprise! The staff were friendly and courteous and the food was just delicious. It had a lovely homely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We went back to the museum... More

We enjoyed two large mugs of very nice coffee while browsing though the leaflets available from the Tourist Information Desk and planning our stay, given the talks and film screenings that were on offer. I also had a very nice BLT with another excellent mug of coffee. I believe that part of the operation from the now closed Pandanus has... More

We had lunch at the Coral Cafe one day and dinner there two nights in a row. We would have had dinner there three nights in a row however they were closed on the third night. We were leaving for home the next day so couldn't go back. The service is just absolutely friendly and helpful and nothing was a... More

We were disappointed in the coffee here - it was weak. The home made slices are good although pricey.

We dropped into this café and were impressed with the location and the outdoor seating arrangements on the verandah. We had a good breakfast which included a reasonable cup of coffee and were satisfied with the service provided. Whilst not outstanding, the café provided a decent level of food at reasonable prices and was worth dropping into.
