AT MERCIERS GELATO AND COFFEE WE ARE A CREATIVE BUNCH! Our caravans are renovated relics from the past, we set up amazing locations, travel to the most amazing weddings, roast our own coffee, run open air cinema events and yes gelato, we do the best in town. The greatest thing of all is making people happy with what we do. Merciers Gelato and Coffee is one of the South Coasts' favourite pop up truck.

We have been going to Jervis bay for over 8 years now and every year we go to Merciers Gelato. The ice cream is amazing and the coffe is really good. We never miss a day going for their amazing gelato. The service is amazing

We walked around all of huskisson just looking for an ice cream shop for our family whilst on holiday. The owner saw us looking at the closed van and offered to open up without hesitation for us. After quite a long walk and our last day on our holiday this was such a beautiful gesture and gelato was delicious
Would highly recommend, great product and fantastic service

The best gelato in Husky, so many yummy flavours to choose from. Simon the owner is fantastic and super friendly. Visit here every year and alway get to visit Merciers regularly. Highly recommend a visit.

Fantastic pop up (semi permanent). Fantastic gelato and beautiful coffee (roasted on site, I think). Gelato serves are really generous. Brilliant range of flavours too. The lady serving was really friendly.
We'll be back all week! Loved it.

Cutest set up with a little seating area. The gelato was super tasty and had a great range of flavours. The owner was lovely and very accommodating. Will be back for a coffee in the morning.

Really good coffee, the seating facilities could be better and never know when it will be open. Staff are very pleasant and they make a good hot chocolate.

Do yourself a favour and walk the 5 min it takes to get there from the end of the main street. Great range of gelato and the coffee is expertly crafted. Will definitely return if in the area.

Sensational gelato and quality waffle cone. Ask for the often non-advertised Salt Butterscotch - it's a winner! So good. Friendly service too.

The coffee is delicious and gelato to die for. The Salted Butterscotch gelato will change your life! Bought some beans to take home, do yourself a favour and support this business if you’re local or visiting, and if you’re a coffee lover, look them up online and purchase their beans! Amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
