Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We felt comforted by the old-fashioned style house, with beautiful design elements and plenty of craft in the rooms (that we browsed while waiting for our light meal to be prepared). While the food options are limited (no deep fried foods etc.), the food was...fresh and tasted terrific. My children enjoyed the milkshakes and when it was time for dessert, they had the sticky date pudding while I indulged two servings of scones with jam and cream. The service was friendly and the prices are very reasonable.More

Since the 1980s my family and I have been stopping off at Whichcraft, on the highway in Harden, on our way west or east on the Burley Griffin Way. Its one of those places I plan my trip around, hoping to get there in time...for a meal or a cuppa. Their salad sandwiches are all a salad sandwich should be - fresh bread, generous meat, well filled with salad. The Devonshire Teas likewise: warm fresh scone, plenty of cream and jam, tea in a pot with hot water on the side. Inexpensive as well. There is a wide range of craft - standard variable from highly skilled to amateur but I invariably come away with something - jams certainly, hand towels, hand painted china .... Lovely old house, lovely garden - run by volunteers for 50 years!More

On a specific trip into Harden we stopped at this little Cafe for Devonshire tea. The ladies were friendly and helpful, the scones were to die for and the tea was great. We sat inside but with the doors open and the ceiling fans running...there was a lovely cool breeze blowing through. Would definitely come back.More

Love this craft centre housed in the most beautiful old house. Every space is filled with a great variety of creative treasures. I used to sit my Theory of Music exams here in the 1950's!

Come and visit for the craft, brilliant value iced coffee and scones. It is lovely to sit on the verandah and watch the world go by. FYI - don’t believe the map in TripAdvisor. The location is on the murrumbarah side of town, west side...of the river.More

Whichcraft is my favourite stopping place on the Burley Griffin Way. They serve freshly brewed tea and coffee, home made scones with jam and cream, crisp toasted sandwiches, a daily quiche option and a selection of sweet treats. There are tables inside or on the...verandah. You can buy local products from olive oil to honey and home made cakes in the front room. The back rooms in the cottage showcase local crafts ranging from tea cosies to quirky jewellery. Above all Whichcraft is a restful and reviving place.More
