Fridat night at Giuseppe ristorante in Griffith is the place to be. Quick prompt courteous service and pizzas made just right and traditional Italian flavours. Of course the gelatie found room in our bodies and with a fond ciao we found our way home.

Went there with my partner for dinner, both he and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Great value Great service Was a busy night and there was no delay in our food coming out to us. We were not made to feel rushed at all. Well done...to all the staff on what appeared to be a busy night. Love the 3 cheese and rocket pizza and orange and almond cake. Delicious.More

On a busy Friday night the staff were courteous, friendly and genuinely tried to make our dinner something to remember. The food took a while but was well and truly worth the wait, good servings, quality food and reasonable prices - great for a family.

I question the Italian authenticity of this place. We were served by an Indian, and with no Italians in sight. We ordered breakfast. The poached eggs came out floating in broken yolk and were sent back. The bacon arrived cold upon return of the Re...cooked eggs. We were charged extra for tomato sauce. The place offered poor value. It was not a good experience.More

I have dined at or had a delivery from Giuseppe's 4 times since arriving for work in Griffith last July. After an 8-hour drive from Sydney I was exhausted, not up to cooking dinner. As I checked into the A-Line Motel (where I continue to...stay), the manager recommended Giuseppe's as a dinner option. Immediately I telephoned for a pizza delivery, and this arrived 20 minutes later, costing only $35 which included garlic bread and drink brought to my motel door. This initial positive experience has drawn me back to this fine food venue. I wish them blessing!More

I've traveled the world, and I make a point of eating at Italian restaurant's called Giuseppe's. Don't ask me why. Call it one of my quirks. After an incredible series of events at my last Giuseppe dining experience, Giuseppe's of Borough market, I had high...hopes for this place is Griffith. So much so, that I took some family and friends. I regret it immensely. My friends now won't speak to me and I'm pretty sure my marriage is heading for a divorce. Upon arrival, I asked for some grappa and limoncello for the table. To my horror, this was then added to the bill at the end of the (disastrous) dinner. Surely no respectable Italian restaurant called Giuseppe's actually *charges* for these shots? Surely the displeasure of drinking what tastes like a vial of sand for the sole purpose of "getting a buzz" (original terminology edited to pass review) is payment enough? I found that disgraceful. After some meandering conversation, it was time to order. "No need to look at the menu", I said. "We'll have 12 veal milanese please". "We don't serve veal milanese here" I beg your bloody pardon. No veal milanese? What on earth kind of restaurant is this? No veal milanese? I was absolutely seething - and my rage didn't come down at all after eating some tomato covered dross as a replacement. Added to the fact that the owner had a perfectly legible voice, and that it didn't sound like sandpaper being dragged over gravel, and I'm sure you can understand how rightly upset I was. And still am. "The food has been a bust, but at least there'll be some entertainment to send us home happy" I told my, by now, enraged company. How wrong I was. As the clock got nearer, and then past, 10 o clock, I asked a waiter where the live music was. They looked at me as if I'd just broken one of their plates, and not in the good way. There was no Sinatra rendition at all. Again, I ask you, what kind of Italian restaurant is this? The grey and sour mood at our table was only matched by the drab, permanently-fixed-to-the-wall decor of the restaurant. Poor. Poor from start to finish. I only hope that anyone reading this review will heed my advice, which is this: this is NOT the Giuseppe's experience you'd be expecting, or deserve. I'm going to wrap this review up now to finish packing my suitcase, as I'm going to have to say somewhere else for a few days contemplating my marriage.More

Lovely relaxed atmostphere. My lasagne was the best i have ever tasted and my husband rated his Marinara very highly as well. Coupled with the wine we chose, it was superb. The highlight of Griffith for us

My husband and I had dinner at the Giuseppe’s tonight. My chicken Cesar salad was awful and possibly deadly. Some of the chicken in my salad was half cooked. Unfortunately for me, I did not notice the raw chicken after I ate some of them....When I raised the situation to the waiting staff, with great level of concern, I was met with so little care it was terrible. My main concern was the fact we are tourists in the region, unfamiliar as to where to find a chemist if I am to get sick from the raw chicken. Awful service and completely lack of care, as well as a chef who serves raw chicken. How is this a restaurant?More

I enjoyed dinner here while staying in the area. This restaurant had been recomnended to me by numerous locals and didn't disappoint. I had a lovely meal - started with the calamari - which was beautifully lite and had a great flavour. I enjoyed the...marinara for main - it came packed with seafood and i really enjoyed. I accompanied the meal with a couple glasses of local red - which were great. Very attentive staff that were quite friendly. Lived this place - give it a try 👍More

I don't believe they do, but prices for wine and beer were very reasonable and there is a pub quite close.
