I was incredibly disappointed with the tasteless crab spaghetti I ordered at your restaurant on Sunday. I felt like I was eating nothing more than salty oil soup that fell apart on my plate. I have never been so disappointed with a pasta in my...life! The supposed homemade spaghetti was inexcusably cut in half, not full pasta. The sauce looked like an oily soup with no taste at all and there were no signs of crabmeat at all. It looked like something out of a free soup kitchen, and definitely not what I expected from an Italian place like this. I couldn’t eat even one spoon of it, and had to send it back. Never thought I would eat “soup noodles” at an Italian restaurant. So disappointed and as an half Italian, I feel offended! The most unfortunate thing is that they charged me $36 for the meal I didn’t even eat! Even though I explained that it was “inedible” and only tried one bite of it, I was still charged for it. This is certainly not how you treat your paying customers.More

What a fantastic meal, atmosphere and value for money, one of the best Italian meals we have experienced around the world. The Pizza's made by chef Lorenzo were just amazing, the best pizzas we have ever eaten, soft, light,fluffy but so tasty. He did this...whilst entraining our children on how to make the perfect pizza and asking the all about their trip through Australia. The service was fantastic, and the value for money out of this world. We would come back to Byron Bay just for this experience again.More

Our meal was very nice, we started with the Beef Carpaccio and Calamari, followed by the crispy skin Kingfish and a Pizza. Service was great, especially the bar service. Dessert topped off a very nice evening out.

Food was excellent! Service was amazing. I highly recommend the carpaccio to start. The most amazing pasta has to be the Ragu but don’t let that stop your ordering the crab, it’s also delicious. Pizza is authentic and utterly delicious

We had dinner tonight at Basiloco.Excellent food particularly the Crumbed Olives and Calamari Fritti as entrees.Outstanding wine list.Try the 2016 Le Difese rosso Di Montalcino at $98 a bottle.Always a full house so make sure you book.

It's a real sheep in wolves clothing. Nothing to look at during the day when its shut and as soon as night time appears this place comes alive. Great service, great atmosphere and certainly great food. We were a party of four, huge big table...with plenty of space around us, very pleasant young Dutch waitress who was just so helpful, great( albeit small ) menu, which is terrific as it means freshness, great wines and super delicious food. Had a great night, thank you and see you next year. Bravo !More

Service and friendliness all 5 star! We loved our superb gluten free pizza and wow the coffee to follow was silky smooth. To top it off, we were able to take our dogs with us.

My son requested Italian food so I did some research and booked this place. The restaurant was v. Busy even though it was Monday night. It had a great atmosphere, quick and friendly service and good food. My daughter had the venison Rague pasta and...my son and I chose pizzas. All the portions were huge. The pizzas were enormous. Basically the same as a family-sized one from our local pizzeria back home. I’d recommend one pizza is probably enough for two people. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended.More

Quite unimpressed with the food. We order polenta gnocchi which was not very good. Also the crab spaghetti was kind of lifeless didn’t have much taste too it. Tasted like not fresh ingredients. They kids ordered bolognaise which was also tasteless. And no we don’t...have covid.More

Great service and amazing food. One of the best Margherita pizza’s I’ve ever eaten! Also enjoyed the ragu pasta. Highly recommend

The pasta was hand made and the Venison Ragu was as good as it gets. The staff were very pleasant and attentive. The pricing was reasonable for the quality of food and wine.
