Ridiculously good food done right. Often very busy, so go early or later to avoid queues. Well worth the wait. French quality by the beach :) Galettes or eggs Benedict are divine. Try them all! We have visited 20-30 times and continue to come back...:) Thanks Dip ;)More

Amazing food - it’s a must go!

I’ve been coming to Dip every fortnight for the last year and I still can’t enough of their eggs Benedict range! The hollandais sauce is straight out of a French bistro. The staff are always friendly and the vibe is like a little piece of...France in Byron Bay. It’s as must visit for anyone going to ByronMore

Dip Don’t

Had a terrible experience. Staff were less than accommodating regarding seating. Then waited over half an hour for two simple orders of eggs on toast which in the end we never received as the manager didn’t have the courtesy to own up to the fact...that they had forgotten about the order after having been reminded about it twice. (She had the gaul to blame the mishap on us because we changed seats to accommodate an addition to our party.) Paid for our coffee and left. No meal. Will not be returning.More

Warning

We booked for breakfast however had to cancel. I understand Dip alerted us to their Terms and have every right to apply them. They were the only restaurant to do so and it is not busy at the moment. They charged a $40 cancellation fee....Please be aware that they can and will do this. Next time I will be a bit more focused on my bookings especially when making so many reservations.More

Terrible service, food not nice- many better places to go

A wow breakfast experience

Extensive menu with a dish to meet every taste. Great long black coffee- rich crème and smooth taste. I will be back for the coffee alone!

Stunning breakfast

Stunning breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. We had crepes , pancakes and the special eggs Benedict, along with fresh juices and coffee . Service was excellent and they looked after the couple requests we had . We will be coming again on our next visit...to Byron Bay.More

Great breakfast

We both had eggs Benedict. Probably the best eggs Benedict I have ever had. Coffee rates as well. Service very good. Definitely worth another visit

Loved the coffee

Best coffee and delicious food

Excellent food and best coffee in the town, friendly staff and reasonable prices. Nice both inside and outside area. Went there several times during our stay.

Great for Breakfast

Everything you could want for an enjoyable relaxed breakfast - excellent service, good coffee, fresh juices and a brand menu. Kudos to the employees - happy, efficient, helpful. Loved this cafe.

Perfect Food and Coffee

Coffee doesn’t get any better than this and the food is equally as good, staff are under the pump but doing a great job, will definitely be back next time we are in Byron.

Pretty tasty.

My beautiful wife and I visited this establishment for brunch a couple of times. Found the food enjoyable and atmosphere easy going watching the tourists go by. The menu is interesting, the service ok, although nothing great. That aside, definitely worth a visit.

Racist staff

It’s 2023 and racism is still rife in this town. Clearly ‘Dip’ isn’t used to serving or even seeing people of colour. If you aren’t white, you won’t be treated as a person here, do not go. A special thanks to the red-haired man working...out the back who treated my 13 year old brother as a criminal when he went to use the bathroom.More
