This place does an amazing fry up if you have a hangver. If not they do great coffee with a lovely atmosphere... slightly away from the main street so feels a lot calmer.
Escaping the holiday madness in Byron is not easy to do, but just off the main strip (Middleton St opposite Court house) we found the locals oasis. Awesome food, vibe and service, we will definately be back!
