Four of us visited for a meal on a Monday evening, the staff were lovely, all the food was very good and home cooked and we all left feeling very full and satisfied! Definitely recommend.

It's all in the tittle. A proper wee pub with a full dining area upstairs. Great ales, great old pub vibes. Great staff!

Stopped in for a bite to eat when walking on the coastal path. Great beer from their own brewery and good value well cooked food. One star not awarded because of the uncontrolled dogs charging around the bar.

We had a lovely, relaxed meal here after a walk along the cliff path. We sat in the main bar which is dog friendly and enjoyed a chat with the barman. The food was very tasty and the portions generous. There was an open fire...More

We have rated as guests numerous times now here and we have never been disappointed. The rooms are wonderful and we’ve been lucky to wake up to sea views! Food is amazing, open fires, real ales and food to die for. Fantastic location and such...More

This pub has been a favourite for many years. It has perfect seating options (some inside in the traditional bar area, booth tables and bar stools available, a beer garden outside across the road and benches outside the front for sitting in the sunshine). Lovely...More

We lunched here with our daughter and her family on Mother's Day. The menu was imaginative and catered for our varied tastes, including my having to avoid sugar and honey. The 'toasted soda bread' with the mackerel paté could have been a little more crisp...More

Easy - large car park - opposite pub. But make sure you give barman your registration details within 10 minutes of parking or you will be charged. It is free for bona fide customers only.

100% yes. Our 2 labs love it here. Doggy bowls outside and lots of laid back pooches in the bar

No you wouldn't be able to sea the sunset, but you could take a few steps to the beach and see it. I eat downstairs so didn't see the view from upstairs. Think you'd still love it though.
