We were staying 7 nights in St Agnes and had our meal here on 4 occasions. We found it had best selection and value for money to suite our taste. T.he service was excellent and the staff friendly.

Good food, from a basic menu but a large specials board. Slight downside - a young waitress put down a very hot dish in front of my 1-year-old grandson and we had to act like lightning to stop him getting hold of it.

These guys were very accommodating to us with our dog and 20 month old. Didn't realise the pub was that big infill we got inside. I had a burger which was massive and definitely homemade followed by malteser cheesecake which was also homemade. My wife...More

Encouraged by TripAdvisor reviews, we booked a table at this olde-worlde-pub a few days before our week in nearby St. Agnes, and were not disappointed. Being a Saturday evening, the car park was full but there was room in the overflow (which we now know...More

We've taken our over exuberant Labrador there more than once. The staff are very welcoming and always have biscuits. The chef also had some lamb leftovers he kindly offered. Great pub.
