We had a great Sunday lunch here last week. Lovely pub with fantastic views. Everyone ( apart from one!) opted for the Sunday roast ( ( 2 lamb, and 4 beef) The meat was delicious and the vegetable selection superb: so nice to get ‘cheesy...More

We had to book in advance and you can see why as a great location over looking the bay, with the main restaurant upstairs and a large open bar downstairs with tables. Service was very good, the range of food and specials was good and...More

Perhaps it was before the season started, but this place lacked ambience and the food was average. A pity because it's in a great location. There are so many good places to eat in the area they'll need to up their game.

We had a lovely hour and a bit here having been for a long walk. The view of the Camel Estuary from the upstairs balcony is great. The food was excellent. The staff friendly. The beer well-kept. The wine list decent. So why only three...More

Sounds peculiar, but the Mariners doesn’t seem to know what it’s trying to achieve. About 5 options on the mains list, ranging from £15 to £100 and plates that need sides and some that have them included. They seem to have interest in the provenance...More
