Just me. Popped in again for lunch, and it was as nice as last time. Very nice welcome, and the whole place is very clean. I had ham, eggs and chips, all of which were very high quality. It's just a small cafe with no pretensions. Lots of regular customers, I think. Highly recommended.

Had a full English breakfast and really loved it. Cooked to perfection. It filled me up for the rest of the day. Just a small café, staff were very pleasant and the food was prepared fresh and quick. Well done, not many of these Good old English cafe's around anymore.

Went for lunch with a friend. The service was friendly and they provided whatever we wanted, whether it was on their menu or not. They made me a toasted sandwich with cheese and mushrooms - good portion, great price, and not on menu. My friend had a roll with bacon and egg. We also had pudding (trifle for her and... More

The drink was average but is located right in the heart of the town and might be better for bigger meals and cakes.

Not dog-friendly, but not unusual for Redruth. Quite sad really. Are you really in a position where you can turn custom away? Why, when your cafe was only half full was I asked to sit outside the doors with my small dog? Please don't quote food hygiene regulations...please read them again! Won't you join us in the 21st Century? I... More

The food was cooked fresh with love in this popular local cafe. A great hideaway for tourists to sample good honest food. Doorstep buttered bread as well! Waffles were a nice twist.

I went for lunch with a blind lady and her Guide dog. The service was friendly and efficient, which included telling the blind lady where the glass and food was when they left it. We both had our own versions of their food, but they were quick to provide it, so she got bacon instead of ham and I got... More

Had an excellent cream tea that was given as a prize at our charity tombola. Thanks for the donation and the cream tea was lush.
