Fresh crab salad, huge tastey battered cod and chips enjoyed in the bar section which welcomes well behaved dogs. The Tribute beer is very tasty too. Nice friendly and comfortable pub

Parking for electric vehicles a plus Had a steak and ale pie which was awesome. Wife had Thai fish cakes that were nice too. Proper country pub feel.

Room was clean and comfortable but had a separate bathroom across a hallway which was a little inconvenient in the dark not knowing where the switches are. It's very much a local drinkers pub and although staff were friendly enough it wasn't a warm welcome....More

Had a truly delicious roast beef lunch today. Friendly, efficient service, log fire burning - what more could you ask for?
