We also joined in with the Sunday 'Pub Quiz' which was loads of fun & laughs Billy one of the two gentlemen who were the evenings hosts did a solo dance to describe one of the questions & he was brilliant, while... The most amazing pub and staff. We are so lucky that this is our local pub and even luckier that Kenny and Billy agreed to host our wedding reception this weekend. Angelo prepared the most beautiful buffet and we had a constant stream of compliments on how great the whole evening had been from the food, friendliness from the staff... More

This is one of the friendliest Inns and it is great to see it buzzing after previous disastrous owners. We had the Saturday Pizza special and it's in our top 5 of all time greats. The fact that I cannot for some reason digest Pizza and was up half the night with heartburn does not put me off. The Sunday... More

After a long trip down to Angarrack we went for a wander in the local village to find somewhere to satisfy our hunger. We found the local friendly Inn and had a good meal with a warm welcome and good service. We even had a game of dominoes while we waited a short time for our meals. Great value and... More

A nice bar with a good atmosphere. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Mostly locals use the bar but everyone is made very welcome.

We visited this evening with our 2 children. Cheryl who greeted us was just lovely. Great with the children and fab attention to detail. A real credit to the Angarrack Inn. Food was of a really high standard. Home cooked traditional pub grub but cooked and presented extraordinarily well. We have already booked a table for Fri!

We found this pub by searching on trip advisor and thought we'd give it a try. It was so much better than expected! We walked in and were greeted by a lovely lady behind the bar, she couldn't have been more welcoming, which was lovely because sometimes it can be a bit daunting walking into a local pub! The food... Proper country pub with excellent home cooked food. Would definitely recommend. Family friendly with great service. A bit of a wait for food but it is home made and worth the wait

Staying nearby, it was an absolute bonus to have this pub on our doorstep. Sunday lunch was excellent and we also went to the weekly quiz. Very welcoming staff and locals and special mention must go to the landlord Billy! Also, dog friendly.
