I've eaten here on a couple of occasions recently, with my parents and bro and also with a group of 10 friends, and everyone's enjoyed it. The restaurant is small and rightly popular, so booking well ahead essential especially on a weekend. It's almost unparalleled to find a restaurant with real top quality food combined with real ale's in perfect... More

Very good ales, 2 delightful waitresses and huge portions! The dining room is a bit utilitarian and the chairs hard but a good place to eat

With the family scattering to do other things it left the wife and youngest grand daughter at a loose end so we drove over to The Mug House for lunch. this was a first visit and we liked the greeting we had,I decided. no starters strait in to the main course, and save myself for a pudding, there was plenty... I had an overnight stay in Bewdley and after a wander around the village I came across this pub restaurant. Very warm and friendly service, after a quick pint of local ale I has the "duck two ways" which was delicious, helped by a fabulous sauce. Recommended if you're in the area.

A very friendly atmosphere, excellent food at very reasonable prices with plenty of choice. 4 of us ate on Friday 7th April & we were all well full after the 3 course special offer. Definitely to be recommended.

I love this pub, it's cosy and welcoming. We haven't tried the evening menu but been many times for lunch. The sandwiches are huge and the mug house pie is delicious, definitely my favourite. Good value and very well done.

Visited recently just for drinks but have eaten here previously as well. It was very busy for quite early on a Friday evening but the atmosphere was great. Drinks are reasonably priced and there is a good selection. There is not much seating inside but out the back has plenty and the heaters work if it is cooler.

Great pub with a wide selection of ales and ciders. They offer great bar snacks and food as well as a good selection in the restaurant. The bar area is dog friendly too which is a bonus!

This pub is a hidden gem in Bewdley and we had a great evening. Visited with a group of friends to celebrate a special occasion and they really looked after us. The food was so good, made the mistake of having starters which were amazing but we were full after these. The mains arrived which were equally as good but... More

Stayed in the lavender room, top floor, right overlooking the Severn, distant view of the steam railway. Very warm welcome from Mel, first impressions excellent, room in apex of 17-18c house, genuine creaky floorboards, well equipped (eg excellent hospitality tray). Room approached by narrow staircase; didn't worry us (mid-60s) but not for the infirm. Staff altogether excellent. Cuisine a mix... More
