Horrible place! Dirty as ever! The chicken was so dry we couldn't even eat it. The sides are flavorless and the hot ones are dried out. My dog wouldn't even eat the chicken.

All of the chicken is delicious, but if you want a special treat try the ribs. Ribs are not available everyday.

I usually get their stuffed chicken. Their chicken is very good and so is the stuffing. I also get their fries and macaroni salad which is different than most but still very tasty. Prices are fair and service is fast. You can dine in but the area is very small. I take my order home to enjoy.

Love the chicken at Mrs Stamm's. We have been coming her for many years. The service is always great and prices are very reasonable. The side dishes are also a treat, we love the cole slaw!

Not sure how Stamms cook their "fried" chicken but it beats the other famous chicken place hands down! The chicken is moist and tender but is thoroughly cooked with an excellent coating. And it is not greasy, even when it is refrigerated. We love their chicken tenders and drum sticks. The ribs are also top shelf - cooked moist and... More

The food was ok but I really liked the mac n' cheese as it was close to what my family makes (i.e., casserole style not Kraft mac n' cheese). The only thing is that the food is super greasy and the times are irregular. Not the best but not the worst either.

Got off the highway to get gas in Carlisle on a road trip from MA to FL. Coincidentally drove past Mrs. Stamm's and, as backyard chicken keepers, couldn't resist the chicken motif of this place. Their chicken is delicious (I had thighs, my husband had tenders) as were the stuffing balls. Really much heavier a lunch than we would normally... More

The fried chicken is really good - - just the right seasoning, fried perfectly (crispy/crunchy). They also have a variety of meals with good home style sides.

We saw the name Stamm's Delicatessen and thought sandwiches. We were pleasantly surprised with this food. The fried chicken, potatoes and coleslaw were a great lunch combination. The service is wonderful and the gentlemen are extremely friendly. The cost is very reasonable. I would definitely return if I lived in this area.
